You are one step closer to finding relief.
Do any of the following resonate with you?

- You get stuck thinking the worst-case scenario or ruminating
- You’ve experienced trauma (bullying, narcissistic parents, abuse, etc.)
- Your child struggles with social situations

- Your child reports feeling different or struggles to fit in with others
- Your child has experienced a trauma (grief, loss, accident, abuse, etc.)
If so, you are in the right place and I am here to help.
First of all, these pressures are not easy to deal with every day. It’s a serious burden to carry and it’s absolutely exhausting.
It has an effect on relationships, social connections, work, school, health – it touches everything.
Therapy can help you understand the why behind the anxiety, stress, pressure, and confusion you or your child might be feeling.
It is possible to move beyond just coping skills and get to the deeper root of these struggles. If you’re ready to do the work — you can find relief, build stronger relationships, and live with more ease.
I promise to make it creative, playful, and dare I say – fun – along the way.

We’re a great fit if you identify as:
- Creative, imaginative, and/or unique
- Nerdy, playful, and/or geeky
- A musician, artist, crafter, etc.
- Enjoying humor and being silly
- Quiet, shy, or reserved
- Neurodivergent (aka neurospicy!)
