Anxiety, Trauma, and Stress are really terrible best friends.

Whether you are a tween, teen, or adult, these “friends” can make you feel overwhelmed and caught up in the future or the past. You may not feel calm, your mind may be racing, and you might struggle with staying in the moment because this so called “friend” keeps telling you about the worst-case scenario (in vivid detail). Sometimes they totally zap your energy and you just have NOTHING left.

And so often, you’ve already done everything you know how and you just can’t seem to get these friends to leave (why won’t they just take the hint already!?!?!)

At this point you might be out of ideas on how to move forward or sick of “just coping”.

You might notice you’re struggling with your relationships, your work, your family, your schooling, your self-care (what is that even!?) — basically, you are feeling stuck in a cycle.

What Do We Do Together?

Therapy consists of 53-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. We start with identifying your symptoms and your current concerns. From there we look to finding a path forward that feels best for you.

Once we’ve developed a strong relationship and you build trust with me (this is SUCH an important step!!), we will begin to deepen the work of identifying core memories, beliefs, and earlier experiences that may connect to your current struggles.

You are in control of the process and I am a guide along the way. We journey together, stringing together connections, and re-evaluating progress along the way.

No matter what your struggle, we can work together to find a path forward that feels good for you.
